Mr. Leonard Wright is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of INPAX, a national transportation and logistics company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. He sets the strategic direction of the company, and directs activities to achieve profit and return on capital. Since establishing the company as RoadOne Express in 2000, Mr. Wright has grown the company to a multi-million dollar operation having completed three acquisitions in the process.

Mr. Wright guided the company through the economic downturn from 2008 to 2010 and rebranded the company on the upswing as part of his strategic plan to position the company for long term growth. Mr. Wright began his career with The Software Factory in 1987. He acquired his first company in 1993. He believes that the key to economic stability is through entrepreneurship and is committed to helping youth become entrepreneurs. He shares his entrepreneurial experiences with youth, inspiring and motivating students through his career and business success.

Through Mr. Wright's leadership, INPAX has enjoyed national, regional and local recognition. The company was featured in the April 2006 issue of Black Enterprise Magazine, named Supplier of the Year by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Minority Business Development Agency Atlanta National Enterprise Center, selected as 2006 Georgia Supplier of the Year by the Georgia Minority Business Enterprise Center and nominated as Supplier of the Year for 2005 and 2006 by the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council.

Mr. Wright has completed the Tuck Minority Business Executive Program (MBEP) and the Advanced Minority Business Executive Program (AMBEP) at Dartmouth College Tuck School of Business, An All-American football and basketball graduate from Leesburg, Georgia. Mr. Wright graduated from Albany State University. He has four daughters.
